Pressure Washing

Patios, sidewalks, and decks brought back to life — full pressure where it belongs, soft-wash where it matters.

Overview

What you get

Not every surface wants the same pressure, and that is where most washing jobs go wrong. Concrete patios and sidewalks get a flat surface cleaner for an even, restored finish. Wood and composite decks get a cleaning solution and low pressure that lifts years of grey and green without chewing up the grain. Landscaping gets protected before, during, and after.

  • Patios and porches cleaned end to end
  • Sidewalks and walkways surface-cleaned for even results
  • Wood and composite decks soft-washed at safe pressure
  • Pool decks and paver surfaces cleaned without blowing out joint sand
  • Pre-treatment for mildew, algae, and black streaking
  • Landscaping pre-wet and rinsed to protect plants
Why It Matters

Built for South Georgia homes

Humidity and shade

South Georgia keeps outdoor surfaces damp most of the year, and shaded patios and decks go green faster than anywhere else on the property.

Usable outdoor space

A clean patio or deck is one you actually use. A slick, stained one turns into storage for the grill and nothing else.

Protects the material

Mildew and organic growth hold moisture against wood and concrete alike. Removing it regularly extends how long the surface lasts before it needs work.

Our Process

How we do it

1

Assess the surface

Concrete, pavers, wood, and composite each get a different approach. We identify what we are working with and set pressure accordingly.

2

Treat and wash

A cleaning solution goes down first to break the growth loose, then we surface clean concrete or soft wash wood so the pressure never has to do the heavy lifting.

3

Rinse and walk it

Everything gets a full rinse, landscaping included, and we walk the finished area with you before we pack up.

FAQ

Common questions

What surfaces do you pressure wash?

Patios, sidewalks, walkways, decks, porches, pool decks, and paver surfaces. Concrete gets full surface cleaning; wood and composite get a lower-pressure soft wash.

Is pressure washing safe for a wood deck?

High pressure will absolutely furr up and gouge wood, which is why we do not use it there. Decks get a cleaning solution and low pressure, which lifts the grey and grime without tearing the grain.

Will it kill my plants?

No. We pre-wet landscaping before we start and rinse it again afterward so nothing sits on the leaves or in the root zone.
